We keep these names together – if the person you refer signs up for Digital Phone within 30 days of your referral and keeps it for 60 days, you get a $20 dollar credit applied to your Time Warner Cable Digital Phone bill. A representative from Time Warner Cable will call your friend within the next 24 to 48 hours to schedule an installation time for Digital Phone.
The fine print:
A representative from Time Warner Cable will attempt to contact your friend within the next 24 to 48 hours to schedule an installation time for Digital Phone. We are very excited to be able to offer you this service, however, in some cases our information may not be complete. If your friend does not hear from us within 24 to 48 hours, please have them call 800-756-7956 so they do not miss a day of Digital Phone. Your friend must sign up for Digital Phone within 30 days of the referral for referee to receive credit for referral. Your friend must keep the Digital Phone service for 60 days and you will receive a $20 credit to your next Time Warner Cable bill. Both referring purchaser and referred purchaser must have an active account for 60 days or longer before the award can be applied. Please allow 90 – 120 days for credit to appear on your bill. Referrals are on a first-come, first-service basis and your friends can only be referred once. You must be a customer of Digital Phone in a Time Warner Cable Rochester division Digital Phone service area, and your friend must be in a current Time Warner Cable Rochester division Digital Phone service area.
